We are trained to offer not only scalp and hair health treatments, but a restorative, nervous-system-focused experience designed to release tension and bring calm. Here, you’ll find more than just a service — you’ll find a sanctuary where stress softens, balance returns, and you leave feeling lighter, clearer, and cared for. Preparing for Your Appointment: > * No need to wash your hair before your service. > * We recommend arriving without makeup for optimal comfort during facial massage (if included in your chosen tier). Notes: ✨ Service Finish Your service will conclude with a gentle towel dry and a simple finishing style. Hair may be braided or natural waves and curls may be defined and enhanced, depending on your hair type and preference. Please plan accordingly, as hair will not be fully dried at the conclusion of your appointment. ✨Longer hair, more love, and a little more time. Our head spas are designed to pamper, but longer/thicker hair often requires a little more TLC. To ensure we give your locks the royal treatment you deserve, a small additional fee of $15 will apply. This helps us be transparent about the time and care needed for your unique hair. ✨We are located inside My Salon Suite in the Hamburg pavilion. The building number is #120 and we are in suite 113. The door remains locked for security purposes. Please use the intercom located on the wall to ring your professional. We will greet you at the lobby. ✨ Gift cards purchased before June 1, 2026 are valid for services with Kimberly only. Gift cards purchased on or after June 1, 2026 may be redeemed with either Kimberly or Kailey.
