The Best Part was inspired by my own journey with chronic pain and nervous system dysfunction. Through that experience, I learned the value of gentle, intentional care — and created the kind of space I once longed for. That vision is now carried forward by our team. Every provider at The Best Part is trained to offer not only scalp and hair health treatments, but a restorative, nervous-system-focused experience designed to release tension and bring calm. Here, you’ll find more than just a service — you’ll find a sanctuary where stress softens, balance returns, and you leave feeling lighter, clearer, and cared for. Preparing for Your Appointment: > * No need to wash your hair before your service. > * We recommend arriving without makeup for optimal comfort during facial massage (if included in your chosen tier). Notes: ✨ All our head spa services, with the exception of the 30-minute “Half Part” include a complimentary rough blow dry to remove excess moisture. Please understand this is not a blow dry/style and plan accordingly. ✨Longer hair, more love, and a little more time. Our head spas are designed to pamper, but longer/thicker hair often requires a little more TLC. To ensure we give your locks the royal treatment you deserve, a small additional fee of $15 will apply. This helps us be transparent about the time and care needed for your unique hair. ✨We are located inside My Salon Suite in the Hamburg pavilion. The building number is #120 and we are in suite 113. The door remains locked for security purposes. Please use the intercom located on the wall to ring your professional. We will greet you at the lobby.
CANCELLATION POLICY
❇️ Cancellations & Booking Polcies ✨A 25% deposit is required to reserve your service. If you need to cancel more than 24 hours in advance, your deposit will be fully refunded — I believe in offering flexibility and understanding when plans change, and we’d love to welcome you back when the timing is right. ✨Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 50% of the service cost, with your deposit applied toward that fee. This policy helps protect our time while still caring for our guests with compassion. ❇️ Deposit & Gift Card Policy A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied toward your total service cost. Deposits must be paid with a credit or debit card to secure your appointment. Please note: deposits are not refunded back to your card if you choose to pay with a gift card. Instead, your deposit is applied toward the service, and your gift card can be used for the remaining balance at checkout. Any unused gift card value will remain on the card for future visits.
