Preparing for Your Appointment: > * No need to wash your hair before your service. > * We recommend arriving without makeup for optimal comfort during facial massage (if included in your chosen tier). Notes: ✨ All our head spa services, with the exception of the 30-minute “Half Part”j, include a complimentary rough blow dry to remove excess moisture. This is not a styling service. Please understand this is not a blow dry/style and plan accordingly. ✨Longer hair, more love, and a little more time. Our head spas are designed to pamper, but longer/thicker hair often requires a little more TLC. To ensure we give your locks the royal treatment you deserve, a small additional fee of $15 will apply. This helps us be transparent about the time and care needed for your unique hair. 💆♀️THIS POLICY GOES INTO EFFECT JAN. 1st 2025. ✨We are located inside My Salon Suite in the Hamburg pavilion. The building number is #120 and we are in suite 113. The door remains locked for security purposes. Please use the intercom located on the wall to ring your professional. We will greet you at the lobby.

Cancellation Policy
> Our Approach & Updated Cancellation Policy (Effective May 1, 2025): > At The Best Part Head Spa, we value a genuine connection with our clients and believe in providing services based on trust, which is why we do not charge upfront. > To ensure fair scheduling for all, effective May 1, 2025, our cancellation policy will be updated. Our current fee for cancellations or changes with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows is 25%. Effective May 1, 2025, this fee will increase to 50% of the originally booked service price. We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. > In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency (documentation may be required), the cancellation fee (charged to the card on file) may be applied as a credit towards a future rescheduled service within 24 hours. We appreciate your understanding!
